NBCU's Perrette Expands Distribution Duties

Jean-Briac Perrette, NBC Universal’s president of digital distribution, is expanding his portfolio to oversee broadcast distribution and affiliate relations. The move brings NBC’s content distribution on all platforms under one umbrella.

In his new role as president of digital and affiliate distribution and content-distribution strategy, Perrette will continue to lead NBC Uni’s digital-distribution efforts, forming alliances with Internet sites, mobile carriers and aggregators. He also will be in charge of the company’s broadcast-distribution relationships, working closely with John Eck, president of NBC Network and Media Works.
