MTVN’s Digital Fusion Teams With Target on Ad Play
MTV Networks’s Digital Fusion Team has partnered with retail giant Target to unveil a new, potentially high-impact ad treatment for online video called The Scrubber—which in this case incorporates Target’s colors and logo into a unique video player.
The two companies have presented a demo of The Scrubber using a video clip from the site NickJr.com; The Scrubber appears to refer to the way that Target’s messaging and brand imagery envelope the video player itself, as well as any corresponding ad units.
