Hulu to Double Online Ad Revenue in 2010

Hulu will more than double its online ad revenue in 2010, pulling in more than $240 million according to CEO Jason Kilar, who delivered a keynote address on Wednesday (Nov. 10) at GigaOM’s NewTeeVee Live conference. Last year, per Kilar, Hulu generated $108 million.

The video site, which is a joint venture between News Corp., NBC Universal and Disney, executed campaigns for 352 different brands during third quarter of this year, Kilar said. In October alone, Hulu reached 30 million users who consumed 260 million content streams (full episodes or clips) as well as 800 million ad streams, per GigaOm.
