Facebook exec David Lawenda is scheduled to lead the keynote conversation at this year’s Digital Entertainment World.
Lawenda is Facebook’s head of global marketing solutions, working with brands and agencies on the platform. Adweek’s digital editor, Mike Shields, will host the discussion with Lawenda at the Los Angeles event.
The Facebook executive will discuss how entertainment brands reach audiences on the social network. Besides Facebook, a number of top industry names will be represented, including Netflix, YouTube, Twitter, Yahoo, Ogilvy, and major networks and studios.
This is the first Digital Entertainment World show, and it starts Feb. 18. Other keynote speakers include UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer and Electronic Arts COO Peter Moore, and organizers said another top speaker is still to be announced.
