Doing good and making money aren’t mutually exclusive. That was the thought that spurred former Saatchi & Saatchi new business chief Bob McKinnon to launch an agency dedicated to social change. Seven years later, the shop that began as Yellowbrickroad Communications has taken a new name and split into two units: Galewill Design and Galewill Center for Opportunity & Progress. The former is for-profit, tackling assignments for the likes of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the latter is nonprofit, handling projects such as a major research initiative centered on the American Dream.
