Who Has Happier Employees, Meredith or Time Inc.?

With a Time Inc.-Meredith union in the offing, there’s been much speculation about how Time, with its prestige titles and corporate hierarchy, will merge with the culture at Des Moines, Iowa-based Meredith, known for its heartland titles and frugality. But what do people really think about working there? A perusal of Glassdoor’s anonymous employee reviews found that people had much to say about the brands and perks at Time while Meredith insiders praised the supportive culture and leadership.
