Mansueto Hires Bob LaPointe as President of Inc.
Business magazine publisher Mansueto Ventures, which has recently been rocked by layoffs and the abrupt departure of its CEO John Koten, announced a new, high-level hire and acquisition.
The parent of Inc. and Fast Company hired Bob LaPointe as president of Inc., a new position at the company; and acquired LaPointe’s company, Trendline Communications, a marketing services firm that helps companies sell to small businesses. Two other Trendline employees, Jon Feld and Melissa Stern, come with the sale.
