'Glamour,' 'Bazaar' Unveil Spring Makeovers

This month, two of fashion’s biggest titles are unveiling a new look in time for spring. If the new March issues of Condé Nast’s Glamour and Hearst’s Harper's Bazaar are any indication, the season’s prevailing trend will be simplification, although each magazine seems to have its own interpretation of what that means.

Glamour, whose cover traditionally presented its aggressively cheerful positioning with a celebrity against a white background, attention-grabbing headlines and a red or pink title, has gone in a more youthful, straightforward direction.
