BBC to Launch 'Knowledge Magazine'

On the heels of publications like The Economist and The Financial Times, the BBC is becoming the latest U.K. media company to use its brand to target an upscale, educated audience in the U.S. In August. The company will launch BBC Knowledge Magazine, its first publication targeted to U.S. readers.
 
BBC Knowledge Magazine will be entirely circulation-supported, with a relatively high price of $5.99 per newsstand copy and $29.95 for an annual subscription of six issues.
