Trader Publishing Co., whose 675 titles make it the nation’s largest classified publisher, said Tuesday that it has acquired the assets of Exit Information Guide LLC, a publisher of hotel discount guides. Terms werent disclosed.The deal “allows us to expand beyond our classified publications into a new market,” said Mitch Brooks, Traders executive vice president. Exit, founded in 1982 and based in Gainsville, Fla., runs 20 editions of Traveler Discount Guides circulating 36 million copies annually.
