LOS ANGELES Zenith Media in New York has been awarded the $180 million-plus media buying and planning business of Miramax without a review, sources said.

The win is the first movie studio account for the Publicis Groupe media network, which has pursued the category for some time. (Most recently, it was a finalist in The Walt Disney Co.’s $750 million media review, won in December 2001 by Publicis sibling Starcom.)

The incumbent on Miramax was Palisades Media Group, Santa Monica, Calif.,
