NEW YORK Young & Rubicam has added a senior art director from an interactive agency to the new design unit Y&R launched in the spring.

Bryce Nihill comes from Alexander Interactive in New York, where he worked on Goldman Sachs, among other clients. At WPP Group’s Y&R here, he takes the role of interactive design director, a new post.

Nihill, 34, who started last week, becomes the third member of a unit run by director of design Greg Crossley, to whom he reports.
