Young & Laramore has named 14-year agency veteran Charlie Hopper a partner. Hopper has been a creative director at the independent Indianapolis shop for the past seven years, working primarily on the Steak n' Shake account. He also has worked with clients ranging from Red Gold tomatoes to Galyans Sport & Outdoor. "Charlie is part of the very essence of our shop," said agency CEO Paul Knapp, in a statement. "His love of this business, his undying optimism, his sense of humor and his consistent delivery of outstanding creative work personify the fundamental tenets of the agency."
