Yahoo Teams with Havas' Arnold MPG

BOSTON -- Yahoo is teaming with Arnold MPG in an agreement through which the latter will purchase media and promotional programs for its clients on various Yahoo online properties. Terms were not disclosed.

Arnold MPG is a Boston-based unit of Havas' Media Planning and the group functions as the media arm of ad agency Arnold.

The first project to come to fruition involves a cruise-bookings and promotional micro-site for Royal Caribbean in Yahoo's travel section. Other key Arnold MPG clients include Volkswagen, McDonald's, the American Legacy Foundation and Fidelity Investments.

"This type of commitment is necessary to support the continued growth and maturity of this marketplace," said Wenda Harris Millard, chief advertising sales officer, Yahoo
