NEW YORK Yahoo said its lists of top search and brand advertisers are seeing more overlap, as more marketers view search as part of their overall ad strategy.

CEO Terrry Semel said on the company’s third-quarter earnings conference call that 50 of its top 200 brand advertisers now rank among its leading 200 search advertisers. He expects this trend will continue, and said Yahoo’s search ad sales team would become more integrated with its brand advertising sales force.
