Wray Ward Laseter has hired two production staffers. Belle Rape has been named production manager. She comes to the Charlotte, N.C., shop from crosstown Doggett Advertising, where she held the same position. Tracy Fitzgerald has been installed as traffic manager. Prior to joining WWL, she worked in various posts at Wachovia Corp.
