Wray Ward Laseter has appointed Larry Spada interactive account manager. Spada will enhance the Charlotte, N.C., agency’s growing Web-based marketing services. He previously served as Southern region creative director for iXL Enterprises. Jennifer Nediano also has been hired as interactive account manager. Nediano arrives from Indianapolis’ Roman Brandgroup, where she managed all aspects of the shop’s Hoosier Lottery account. Michael O’Neil has joined WWL as an applications engineer. O’Neil is a former software engineer with Recruitmax Software.
