NEW YORK Beth Axelrod, chief talent officer at WPP Group and a member of the holding company’s board, has resigned to take the top human resources position at online auction company eBay, a WPP representative has confirmed.
“Beth has received an offer to go to eBay. She will in due course step down from the WPP board and will be replaced by another executive director,” the rep said.
Axelrod, 42, joined the London-based company almost three years ago from management consultancy McKinsey & Co.,
