NEW YORK — WPP has acquired Berlin Cameron & Partners, the London-based holding company said today. The New York agency will be the hub of the Red Cell agency network, as expected [Adweek, Dec. 3]. Andy Berlin, chairman of Berlin Cameron, will become co-chief executive and chief creative officer of Red Cell. Lee Daley, previously evp, chief strategy officer of McCann Erickson in Europe, has been named co-chief executive and chief strategy officer of Red Cell.
