NEW YORK The International Clio Awards Festival has named the 2006 jury members for its Content and Contact and Design categories.
Heading up the three-year-old Content and Contact category, which recognizes breakout work at the crossroads of creative and media, is jury chairman Paul Woolmington, founding partner of Naked Communications in New York. Woolmington was on the first such jury in 2003 and one of the first media executives to serve as a Clio juror.
Joining Woolmington on that jury are Guy Seese, creative director, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco; Rodrigo Figueroa Reyes, president and executive creative director, FiRe Advertainment in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Richard Beaven, executive vice president and managing director, MediaVest in New York; and Roebert Rausmussen, creative director, JWT in New York.
Leading the Design jurists, who will examine all aspects of brand identity from brochures to packaging and environmental design, will be jury chairman Brian Collins, senior partner and executive creative director of the Brand Integration Group at Ogilvy & Mather in New York and Los Angeles.
Also on the Design jury are Laurie Rosenwald, president, Rosenworld.com, New York; Martin Venezky, senior designer, Appetite Engineers in Los Angeles; Garrick Hamm, creative director, Williams Murray Hamm, London; and Deborah Adler, senior designer, Milton Glaser Inc., New York.
The 47th International Clio Awards Festival will be held May 13-16 in South Beach, Miami.
