Wnek Moves to Lowe as CCO

NEW YORK Lowe said it is replacing U.S. chairman and chief creative officer Gary Goldsmith with Mark Wnek, former creative chief and co-chairman at Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper Partners in London.

Lowe has also promoted New York president Susan Cantor, 37, to CEO.

Lowe worldwide CEO Tony Wright said in a statement that Wnek provides, “that rare combination of famous work and charismatic leadership. We’re thrilled to have him back. I’m confident that Mark’s strengths combined with Susan’s client leadership will provide a winning formula for New York.”
