Cliff Freeman, the Telcom’s Online Agency, Is Invited to Pitch
BOSTON–Seeking to establish itself as a player of note in the telecommunications and Internet arenas, WinStar Communications has launched a review for its corporate image account.
Advertising spending is estimated in the $15 million range.
Pile and Co., the consulting firm in Boston retained to oversee the search, is in the early stages of assembling a field of contenders. WinStar wants to name an agency early next year.
The New York-based company invited incumbent Trone Advertising to participate, but the shop has declined, according to its chief executive, James Feeney.
