NEW YORK The U.S. topped the International Advertising Festival film shortlist released today at Cannes with 154 nominations. The United Kingdom came in second with 91. Canada had 29 and Spain had 28.

Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, Ore., was the U.S. agency with the most nominations, 14. Work nominated includes 12 Nike spots, including “Angry Chicken,” “Before” and “Streaker,” which shows a naked man running through a British soccer game. Two spots for Coca-Cola’s Powerade were also nominated.
