BOSTON PJA said it has added Webhire for a print push to launch this month in Workforce magazine and a new site set to debut in December.

The effort from independent PJA in Cambridge, Mass., represents the client's first concerted ad campaign and seeks to position Webhire as "supporting the whole cycle of recruitment and development," said agency partner Mike O'Toole. Ads will introduce "Attract. Retain. Achieve" as a tagline.

Webhire is looking to better compete against Hire.com, Recruitment.com and Taleo.

The budget is estimated in the mid-six-figure range.

Webhire in Lexington, Mass., provides Internet-based tools designed to help companies of all sizes select job candidates, make quality hiring decisions and keep top performers satisfied. The company provides services to employers such as Heniz, Lee Memorial Health System and The Sharper Image.

Webhire is PJA's fourth recent score in the business technology field, following the agency's selection by think3, MRO and Netegrity.
