The Washington State Lottery has selected three Seattle agencies to compete in a final round for its $7 million ad account.
The contenders are incumbent McCann-Erickson, EvansGroup and Bozell/Seattle, according to sources.
The shops are scheduled to make oral presentations this week, with a decision expected by April 1.
The winning agency will handle both creative and media duties. Advertising will consist of TV, radio, print and outdoor work.
McCann's latest campaign for the client shows how lotto winners' lifestyles were enhanced by their winnings. The tagline is, "Life as usual. Only better."
The current review is for a three-year contract that is renewable for two additional years.
