Savane Awards 180û Clothing To Mcgarrah
DALLAS–McGarrah/Jessee has picked up a new assignment from Savane International Corp. of El Paso, Texas, without a review.
Based on its previous advertising for the apparel company, the Austin, Texas, shop has been charged with creating a national print campaign for Savane’s new 180û line of clothes, agency principal Mark McGarrah confirmed.
Initial ad expenditures for the brand–positioned as a more casual alternative to the company’s Savane label for men–are expected to amount to approximately $1 million.
McGarrah/Jessee has developed an introductory campaign launching in November issues of Men’s Journal, New York Times Magazine and Los Angeles Times Magazine.
The first print advertisement positions 180û as “sport utility wear” and is tagged, “For the other side of your life.”
The ad pairs shots of the product and outdoor adventure photography.
