ATLANTA Arc Marketing, formerly Clarion Marketing & Communications, has been chosen to handle direct marketing for Volvo Construction Equipment North America.

The Atlanta agency will provide a range of services including brand strategy, direct marketing, database management and direct response TV for the business-to-business account.

The agency’s Greenwich, Conn., and Waltham, Mass., offices will support the effort. Billings are undisclosed.
