A Phoenix-based chain of used car dealerships is offering to help consumers prepare their tax return if they agree to use their refund for the down payment on a car.

The “Max Your Tax” campaign breaking this week for DriveTime (formerly Ugly Duckling) was created by Phoenix agency Gauger +Santy. The bi-linquial campaign is set to run through the first quarter of the year and is budgeted at about $2 million.
