SANTA MONICA, CALIF. – Citing its strong message, the California Department of Health Services tobacco education media campaign has adapted one of its Spanish-language commercials for general market use. The spot, created by Anita Santiago Advertising here, shows family members drinking from a beaker as a narrator describes the contents – formaldehyde, cyanide and nicotine – and explains that these substances are found in cigarettes and second-hand smoke.
