CHICAGO United Technologies Corp. is contacting agencies about its $5-10 million corporate advertising account, currently at Omnicom Group’s Doremus, according to the consultant handling the review.

Michael Keeshan of Magikbox in Greenwich, Conn., confirmed his firm was overseeing the process, but would offer no other comment. The Hartford, Conn., company manufactures Sikorsky helicopters, Carrier air conditioners and Otis Elevators. Doremus in New York is expected to defend.

The changes were prompted by the April arrival of a new CMO, Nancy Litner, sources said.
