NEW YORK – United Distillers is believed to have narrowed the list of shops vying for a media-buying account that involves a consolidation of some of its brands which could be worth between $40 and $50 million. The review apparently is for media-buying only, not planning, and the company had initially invited several agencies that currently handle creative for some of its brands, as well as media-buying services. The company is now believed to have whittled down the list to include Leo Burnett Co.,
