NEW YORK Young & Rubicam’s Mosaica here has been awarded the business of Unilever Foods North America following a Hispanic agency review that began last October.

Mosaica, which has been handling Unilever’s Hellmann’s and Shedd’s Spread Country Crock brands since 2002, assumed responsibility for the company’s Knorr and Ragu brands.

Del Rivero Messianu DDB in Miami has handled Knorr’s Hispanic advertising since 2001; Mendoza Dillon & Asociados of Irvine, Calif., has been responsible for Ragu since 2002.
