CHICAGO Newell Rubbermaid subsidiary Sanford has awarded a creative project on its tween-targeted Foohy brand to independent agency Two by Four, the agency said.

The Chicago agency is currently developing a brand packaging and style centered on the company’s monkey character, according to a company executive.

“To connect with the challenging and discerning tween market, we need to create a strong, fun brand personality that they can identify with,” said Lisa Souter, an account director at the agency, in a statement.
