Two of the Boston area’s fastest growing mid-sized agencies are making changes in their creative leadership.

John Migliaccio has taken over as sole creative director at CGN Marketing & Creative Services. Migliaccio, who joined the Boston shop a year ago, had shared CD chores with Mike Connell, who has left to take over the creative reigns at Philip Johnson Associates, Cambridge, Mass.

Philip Johnson vp Hugh Kennedy, who had overseen the agency’s creative department for five years, is now charged with building an account planning function for the shop.
