ATLANTA Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Arnold won a Grand Effie for the American Legacy “Truth” campaign at the New York American Marketing Association’s 2003 Effie Awards last night.

The “Austin” Embassy Suites Hotels campaign from New York’s TBWA\Chiat\Day, which shows the hotel from the point of view of a young boy named Austin, was the other Grand Effie winner.

Boston-based Arnold, a unit of Havas, and CP+B in Miami, backed by Maxxcom, have teamed on Legacy’s national anti-smoking campaign since 1999.
