True North has consolidated its healthcare offerings under two brands, FCB HealthCare and Bozell Global Healthcare.
The Chicago holding company also formed Zygote for interactive healthcare work and ProHealth for medical education services.
FCB HealthCare includes all international operations formerly under Bozell Global Healthcare, which despite its name will operate only in the U.S.
John Loden was named chairman and chief executive officer of FCB HealthCare, of which he was formerly president and CEO. The operation will be split into east, west and international segments.
