Advances to Managing Partner of Media
DALLAS–Dale Travis has been promoted to managing partner of media at DDB Dallas.
Travis joined the agency as associate media director in 1994, when it was known as Tracy-Locke. He was promoted to group media director two years later and to media director in 1998.
His accomplishments include helping launch Footaction USA’s first national advertising campaign in 1995; winning the Promus Hotels media consolidation business; and leading the media efforts of the silver Effie award-winning “Rampage World Tour” campaign for Midway Home Entertainment in 1999.
“Dale is a solid strategic thinker who brings creativity, strong customer insight and passion to his work at DDB,” said Jake Schroepfer, president and chief executive officer of DDB Dallas.
