Picks Up WUTB-Channel 24’s Media Buying
DALLAS–Trahan, Burden & Charles of Baltimore was awarded the estimated $1 million media buying account of that city’s UPN television network affiliate.
WUTB-Channel 24 in Baltimore hired Trahan, Burden & Charles after a brief review of undisclosed shops, according to the agency.
Duties will initially focus on radio and newspaper buys, said Trahan, Burden & Charles representative Diana Minardi.
The creative portion of the station’s account not included in the review remains with Catspaw Productions in Atlanta.
“We were very impressed with Trahan, Burden & Charles’ thinking, knowledge of the market and ability to extend our advertising dollars,” said WUTB station manager and general sales manager Jeffrey Weiss in a statement.
