DALLAS TracyLocke has shifted management roles in an effort to build the agency's business while providing leadership and growth opportunities to its allied operations groups, shop CEO Ron Askew said.
In addition to his CEO duties, Askew will assume the presidency of the agency's Dallas office. The move will allow him to play a more direct role in working with clients and staff, the shop said.
Bob Chimbel, who previously held the title of president, has been named president of brand development. In his new role, Chimbel will be responsible for the direction of Uproar, a youth-focused marketing agency, and The Launch Point, a new products innovation company.
"Building Uproar and The Launch Point is a high priority for TracyLocke, and to take these companies to the next level of growth demands executive leadership," said Askew. "Bob has the passion and entrepreneurial spirit to help us build and expand the unique offerings of these two companies."
Askew assumed leadership of TracyLocke in July. Most recently, he assembled the FreshWorks virtual agency with Omnicom Group siblings TPN, Dieste Harmel & Partners and The Integer Group to service the 7-Eleven business.
