DALLAS Tony Dammicci, president and co-founder of the agency PGC, was named chief operating officer at TracyLocke here in a new management structure at the Omnicom shop.

Along with the hiring of Dammicci, TracyLocke promoted Tim Zuckert to chief operating officer at its Wilton, Conn., office from his previous position as general manager.

TracyLocke, a full-service ad shop, maintains headquarters in Dallas and Wilton.

"With both Dallas and Wilton being run by presidents who come from the creative side with strong entrepreneurial skills, we felt it was important to add proven management leadership to complement and expand our client services," said Ed Winter, CEO of TracyLocke.

Dammicci will report to Dallas president Bob Chimbel, and Zuckert reports to Wilton president Lon Schwear, the agency said.

Dammicci helped found the advertising and promotional agency PGC in Dallas in 1985. His clients have included companies in the packaged-goods, restaurant, transportation and technology fields, including Sara Lee, Greyhound Lines, Hillshire Farms and Texas Instruments.
