BOSTON Omnicom Group's TracyLocke has elevated a pair of senior executives at its Wilton, Conn., headquarters, the agency said.
Tim Zuckert, 40, has been promoted to president from chief operating officer. Mike Musachio, 41, was promoted to executive vice president and chief creative officer from CCO. The two jointly assume management responsibilities from Lon Schwear, president of the office. Schwear is leaving to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.
"When we hired Tim and Mike, our intention was to put in place a deep management team that we could groom for an orderly succession," said Ed Winter, CEO of TracyLocke, in a statement. "Together they have helped the agency deliver strong results for clients, build new business and elevate our creative work. They have proven to be a great team and are ideally suited to take the agency to the next level. Together their strategies and creative have resulted in significant revenue growth and the acquisition of new clients including AOL, Hershey, InBev and Kimberly-Clark."
Zuckert, in his new role, will oversee the agency's East Coast operations. He has been at TracyLocke for three years. Prior to TracyLocke, he was the chief marketing officer at 800.com.
Zuckert plans to "continue to build out a unique brand of insight-driven brand activation. We've been doing 270-degree marketing—everything but the spot."
Musachio, who will co-lead the agency, joined TracyLocke two years ago. Previously, the Manhattan resident worked at Ryan Partnership.
"Tim and Mike's progressive approach to brand activation make TracyLocke well positioned for the future," Winter added.
