NEW YORK Touchstone Energy, an alliance of more than 600 energy cooperatives in 44 states, has launched a review for its $3.5 million advertising account, according to a request for information form mailed out two weeks ago.

The winning agency will craft a national television and radio campaign that can be customized with the taglines and logos of participating co-ops, the form said. In addition to creative and account management chores, shops can pitch for media buying and planning.
