DALLAS In designing a new print campaign for Bell Helicopter’s tilt-rotor V-22 Osprey appearing at England’s Farnborough Air Show this week, TM Advertising design director Stephen Lohr said he tried to evoke the drama of vintage aviation artwork.

“We were trying to come up with unique creative imagery,” Lohr said. “I studied a lot of old aircraft photos of legendary planes like the Spitfires, P-51s and Corsairs. We came up with something very illustrative in style.”
