DALLAS James Hering, director of interactive marketing at TM Advertising, will lead a new Integrated Communications Group designed to streamline planning and innovation in a growing variety of media, the agency said.

Other key players in the group are Franny Karkosak as director of media integration and Sheryl Standifer as media director, the Interpublic Group agency said.

As head of TM Interactive in Irving, Texas, Hering has broken new ground in the use of media to increase personal relationships with clients such as American Airlines and Nationwide Insurance, the agency said.
