TM Advertising of Irving, Texas, has added Will Clarke (shown) and Bernard Park as creative directors. Clarke, who has been on tour promoting his second novel, The Worthy, has worked at DDB, McCann Erickson and Square One. Park came from Rapp Collins, where he was a vice president and group creative director. Park's previous agency experience includes Square One, Young & Rubicam, Culver Design and Curro, Rankin & Williams.
