The Dallas shop's Wilton, Conn., office continues to handle promotions for the $4 million account. Media stays at Odiorne Wilde Narraway + Partners in San Francisco, which contended for creative with Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners; Lipman, Richmond, Greene; and Publicis' Saatchi & Saatchi, all New York. Creative had been done by freelancers.
