NEW YORK The Kaplan Thaler Group has landed creative duties on TiVo’s ad account following a review.

“We’re excited to partner with Kaplan Thaler, given their strong strategic thinking, fresh ideas and their exceptional ability to capture the essence of our brand,” said TiVo vp of consumer marketing Katie Ho, in a statement.

The Alviso, Calif.-based client spent about $10 million on domestic ads in each of the past two years, according to TNS Media Intelligence.

“TiVo is a cultural icon and an incredibly strong brand among American consumers,” said agency CEO Linda Kaplan Thaler.
