Thrifty Car Rental’s $10 million review is proceeding as scheduled, despite the resignation of marketing, advertising and sales vice president Tom DeNardin and the withdrawal of one contender.
DeNardin’s exit–effective today–will have “no effect on the search,” a client representative said. His duties will be handled by president Donald Himelfarb, who has overseen the review. DeNardin, who could not be reached, left to take a job nearer his family.
