Taryn Shillings has been hired as a media buyer at Thielen Partners, an independent marketing and communications agency in Fresno, Calif. She will report to agency president Paul McDougal. A Fresno native and graduate of California State University, Fresno, Shillings has held network negotiating and media roles throughout Southern California. Her most recent efforts have involved national broadcast and cable projects.
