Four months after his abrupt departure from Temerlin McClain, David Henke has assumed a new creative post at N.W. Ayer & Partners in New York.
Henke, Temerlin's former executive director of creative services, becomes executive vice president and creative director on Ayer's General Motors corporate account.
Henke, who could not be reached at press time, reports to Ayer co-executive creative director Stephen Feinberg.
Prior to his seven years at Irving, Texas-based Temerlin McClain, Henke was senior vice president and group creative head at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in St. Louis. Temerlin president Dennis McClain has been overseeing the agency's creative department since Henke's exit. --Steve Krajewski
